THE PROCESS

The journey begins with a Pre-Check assessment to understand your goals, academic history, and school preferences. I guide students through the U.S. university application process in a clear, step-by-step way. From understanding their goals to building a strong application strategy, I help students stay organized and confident throughout the process while making sure each decision is intentional and well-informed.

Application Process

Define academic goals, intended major, and build a curated list of target universities

Map out admissions requirements and create a testing strategy

Complete required standardized testing (e.g., SAT, ACT, TOEFL if applicable)

Prepare academic records, recommendation letters, application materials, and develop personal statements and supplemental essays

Submit applications via Common App or individual university portals & complete admissions interviews where required

07

Receive admissions decisions and evaluate offers holistically

Apply for financial aid and scholarships (institutional aid applications and required financial documentation, where available)

09

Select final university and confirm enrollment

Obtain the F-1 Student Visa (including SEVIS payment and consular interview)

Finalize housing, health insurance, and travel arrangements

12

Attend orientation and begin studies in the United States
